In 2026, Taylor Dixon wins the season-opening Bahamas Golf Classic on the Korn Ferry Tour on Atlantis Paradise Island with a final round of 65, becoming the first golfer to win the tournament.
Most impressively, he did it without a single bogey through 72 holes.

Dixon’s best round of the week was a 62 in the second round on Monday. He finished at 27 under, winning by three strokes over Roger Sloan.
The trio of Trent Phillips, Jeff Overton and Mason Andersen finished tied for third at 23 under, four strokes behind.

Dixon had joined the PGA Tour a year ago, but had made just 10 cuts in 26 starts. He earned $462,642 but then had to go back to Q School. He will begin the 2026 season on the Korn Ferry Tour and is off to a strong start, winning the season opener and his third career KFT win in his 100th start on the circuit.
Dixon’s 261 broke the tournament scoring record by one stroke. Chan Kim won his first tournament without a bogey at the 2023 Albertsons Boise Open.

The Bahamas Golf Classic and next week’s event, the Bahamas Great Abaco Classic, also held at the Abaco Club in the Bahamas, will have a unique Sunday through Wednesday format.
