Manchester United are interested in signing Nottingham Forest defender Murillo.
The 23-year-old Brazilian has performed well in the Premier League since joining Nottingham Forest and could be a great addition for Manchester United. Harry Maguire is on the verge of leaving the club, with Manchester United eyeing the Brazilian as his long-term replacement.
Murillo’s asking price revealed
Fichajes said his acquisition would cost around £70 million. It remains to be seen whether Manchester United are ready to secure his signature. He has always shown his quality in the Premier League and the opportunity to join a bigger club would be exciting for him. There is no doubt that he has the ability to play for a club like Manchester United. If this move goes through, he will aim to fight for big trophies with them and compete in European football.
It’s not that difficult to get players to join the club. Manchester United is one of the biggest clubs in the world and players will be tempted to join them. They also have the resources to pay the asking price. It will be interesting to see if they take over the interest and make a formal offer to complete the deal.
Manchester United could use Murillo
Manchester United want to get back to the top of English football and are in need of quality players. They have looked very vulnerable at the back in recent months and need to tighten up in that area of the pitch. Murillo will definitely help improve their defense. The 23-year-old is clearly beyond Nottingham Forest and now is the perfect time for him to move on and join a bigger club. Manchester United could be his ideal next move.
