The first season of F1 under a new era is about to begin, with the 2026 campaign just weeks away. This year marks a groundbreaking shift in Formula 1 as new power units and aerodynamic regulations come into effect—arguably the most significant changes in the sport’s history.

Ahead of the season-opening Australian Grand Prix on March 8, the teams are busy revealing their new cars and liveries during an intense pre-season testing period. Here’s a look at the 2026 liveries unveiled so far:

Red Bull
Red Bull led the way by showcasing their updated 2026 livery on the RB22, powered by Red Bull Powertrain’s in-house engine developed alongside Ford. However, the new design was revealed on a show car rather than the actual race car driven by Max Verstappen and Izak Hajar.

Racing Bulls
Racing Bulls revealed their 2026 colors alongside Red Bull in Detroit. They maintained their fan-loved white-based livery from last year, now enhanced with elegant blue accents along the bodywork.

Haas
Haas introduced their 2026 car and new livery during an online event. The American team’s white and red color scheme pays tribute to their F1 title sponsor and a broader partnership with Toyota.

Audi
Audi became the fourth team to present its livery, debuting a striking silver and red design at a glitzy launch in Berlin. Taking over from the former Sauber outfit, Audi’s first F1 car for 2026 sports an eye-catching new look.

Mercedes
Mercedes unveiled digital renders of their 2026 challenger, the W17, on January 22. Their new livery is bold and forward-looking, reflecting a strong statement of identity and evolution for the team.

Ferrari
Ferrari revealed their 2026 car, the SF-26, on January 23. The Italian squad is set to perform their first shakedown at the Fiorano test track soon.

Alpine (Takayama)
Alpine disclosed their 2026 colors on a cruise ship in Barcelona. Their car, the A526, has already been seen running on the Silverstone circuit.

Williams
In December, Williams shared a temporary ‘Flow State’ livery chosen by fan votes to be worn during pre-season testing this year. The FW48 will be driven by Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz in Barcelona, with the team’s official 2026 season launch planned for February 3 at their Grove facility.

Cadillac
Newcomer Cadillac surprised the paddock with a stealthy monochrome test livery ahead of a private shakedown in Barcelona. Their unnamed first F1 car will run this one-off design January 26–30 with Valtteri Bottas and Sergio Perez behind the wheel, aiming to keep aerodynamic secrets under wraps. Cadillac will unveil their full season livery during a Super Bowl commercial on February 8.

Fan Take:
This wave of stunning liveries and innovative car designs signals a fresh chapter for F1 enthusiasts, combining technological advancement with stylistic flair. For racing fans, it’s a thrilling glimpse of the sport’s future, raising excitement for both fierce competition on track and the evolving visual identity of Formula 1.
