Domes Product, the G1 winner, welcomed his first foal on Friday at Hidden Brook Ranch in Paris, Kentucky. The newborn bay colt is out of She Catch My Eye, a victorious mare by Violence.

Owner Sergio de Souza shared his excitement, saying, “This is our first foal, and he has strong bone structure and great substance. We are very pleased with him.”

She Catch My Eye was acquired for $170,000 at the 2025 Keeneland November Breeding Stock Sale. This 6-year-old filly descends from an esteemed lineage including G2 winner and Kentucky Oaks (G1) runner-up Santa Catarina, G1 competitor Caracalo, and the European champion mare Culture Vulture.

Domes Product, bred by Klaravich Stable and trained by Chad Brown, ended his racing career with a record of 4 wins, 2 seconds, and 1 third out of 10 starts, earning $819,200. His notable victories include the 2024 H. Allen Jerkens Memorial (G1) and Dwyer Stakes (G2), achievements that reflect those of his sire, Practical Joke. That same year, he also captured the Tampa Bay Derby (G3), placed second in the Holy Bull Stakes (G3), and finished third in the Breeders’ Cup Dirt Mile (G1).

Now standing at Ashford Stud in Versailles, Kentucky, Domes Product commands a stud fee of $25,000, which includes both a stall and nursing care.

Fan Take: For horse racing enthusiasts, the arrival of Domes Product’s first foal signals the continuation of a promising new generation from a proven champion bloodline. This colt’s success on the track could reinforce the sport’s appeal and highlight the importance of elite breeding programs in shaping future champions.
