Juventus have reignited their interest in Tottenham loanee Randal Kolo Muani, with the club reportedly making a direct approach to the player’s camp in the past 24 hours.
The French striker, currently on season-long loan from PSG, has emerged as a shock target for the Serie A giants as they look to strengthen their attack before the deadline closes.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Juventus are keen to bring the forward back to Italy, where he spent part of last season on loan. But the deal faces major hurdles.
Romano explained on YouTube: “Juventus have called us about Randal Kolo Muani in the last 24 hours. However, there are two issues that complicate the deal. Thomas Frank does not want to lose any more players, and after the tense summer negotiations for Kolo Muani, relations between Juventus and PSG have cooled down. PSG is therefore reluctant to the idea of negotiating with them again.”
Randall Kolo Muani’s time at Tottenham
Since arriving in north London on deadline day in September 2025, Kolo Muani’s tenure at Tottenham has been marred by injuries and poor form.
The 27-year-old, who was brought in by manager Thomas Frank to add versatility to a front line featuring Dominic Solanke and Mohamed Kudus, has struggled to find a consistent end product in the Premier League.
Kolo Muani’s stats for Tottenham for the 2025/26 season:
- Number of appearances: 23 (total of all tournaments)
- Goal: 2
- Assists: 3
- Key moments: Both of his goals came in a dramatic Champions League game against parent club PSG in November.
It was the only game in Europe in which a goal was scored, and Thomas Frank reportedly does not want to lose any more players, despite the Premier League goal drought extending to 15 games.
With injuries plaguing Spurs’ attacking options, the manager’s refusal to allow his loan to end early shows Kolo Muani’s importance to the squad’s depth, even if his results have not been overwhelming.
