Joel Pillow has been linked with a move from Leeds United in recent months.
There were rumors that he would retire in January, but the transfer never materialized. There seems to be a possibility that he will be transferred after the season ends. He has struggled to secure regular appearances at Premier League clubs and needs to leave the team in order to play more frequently.

Joel Pillow needs a new start
The 26-year-old is at the peak of his career and sitting on the bench at Leeds United is unlikely to benefit him.
Journalist Graham Smith believes his time is up at Elland Road and an English club is likely to sign him. All eyes are on whether he will be able to join a club that offers him regular opportunities to play.
He has shown those qualities at Leeds United in the past and there is no doubt that he could be a very useful player in the right team.
“It’s just not happening with Joel Pillow,” Smith said on the Square Ball Podcast.
“You can talk all you want about being rusty, but he hung on to that part for too long when the whole St Andrews stadium felt the ball needed to go to Calvert-Lewin sooner.
“He thought about it a little longer, which is a shame because we’ve seen him pass and cut through defenses.
“That’s just not going to happen to him.”
Leeds need a replacement for Piroue
Meanwhile, Leeds United should aim to add more quality and depth to their attacking line-up. They need a reliable finisher who can find the back of the net on a regular basis. They have relied too much on Dominic Calvert-Lewin.
They are looking to establish themselves as Premier League regulars but need more quality and depth in that area of the pitch if they are to compete at the highest level.
