The 23-year-old has shone at St James’ Park and could be a player the Magpies are currently struggling to sign, but it looks like Arsenal could struggle to sign him.
This comes as TEAMtalk reports that Man City currently believe they are likely to be able to make a suitable financial commitment to sign Livramento this summer.
The report suggests that Livramento is one of City’s top targets, but Arsenal also have a strong interest in the England international.
Tino Libramento looks ready for a big move
Libramento has been looking like an elite player for some time now, having first attracted attention with former club Southampton.
Former gunner Theo Walcott praised Librament at the time, saying he was “fantastic” for them and even reminded him of Gareth Bale.

“It just shows that we have a future star, but as always we need to be careful again, but isn’t that why we love football? I can’t complain. He was really good,” Walcott said of Livramento in 2021.
“You know, he reminds me a bit of Gareth[Bale]when he came on as a full-back.
“Obviously it’s a big statement to compare him to players like that, but when you feel his presence, the way he runs, the pace, the power, it’s no surprise that you know what he’s trying to do.
“He’s very strong on the ball, very smart and technically great.”
Newcastle could lose star names this summer
TEAMtalk also mentioned that Newcastle are interested in Italian midfield maestro Sandro Tonali this summer.
It could be another tough transfer window for NUFC, who lost Alexander Isak last year, leaving the futures of Tonali and Libramento uncertain.
In addition, the Telegraph has reported that Anthony Gordon wants to leave, and the England international was not in Eddie Howe’s squad for today’s game against Bournemouth.
