Liverpool are believed to remain interested in negotiating a move for Bradley Barcola this summer, with the French winger stalled on a new contract with Paris Saint-Germain.
The Reds are in urgent need of strengthening their attacking team after a difficult season this summer, with Mohamed Salah recently confirming that he will leave the club at the end of the season.
It was recently reported that Liverpool are considering Michael Oliseh and Yann Diomande as possible replacements for Salah, with Barcola also being considered as another option.

Olise and Diomande, like Salah, are primarily left-footed right-sided players, so they would be more direct replacements for the legendary Egyptian.
However, Barcola could also be a target to give LFC an extra goal threat and spark from the left wing, as an upgrade over the unstable Kodi Gakpo.
Bradley Barcola confirmed to move from PSG
Barcola has had an impressive 13 goals and eight assists in all competitions for club and country this season, but he has not always established himself as a regular starter at PSG.
It’s clear that the 23-year-old is a great talent and deserves to play more, and there will be plenty of clubs ready to give him that.

This would explain why, as sources confirmed to us this evening, Barcora is still no closer to agreeing a new contract with PSG.

“PSG has not made any progress regarding signing Barcora,” the source said. “There have been no developments with any club, but there is a possibility that he could leave. Liverpool have liked him for some time and this development could lead to concrete negotiations in the near future.”
It remains to be seen whether LFC will definitely make Barcola a priority, but others like Oliseh and Diomande are probably less realistic and more expensive, so it could be a smart option for the Reds to consider.
There is still no indication that PSG are ready to release the player, so it is difficult to know what price could tempt them, but this could develop and gather pace in the coming weeks.
