Liverpool’s new manager Andoni Iraola is said to be a huge admirer of talented young Brazilian forward Ryan, one of his former Bournemouth players.

The 19-year-old got off to a bright start at Bournemouth and shined under Iraola in the second half of this season.

However, with the Spanish tactician leaving Cherries to become Liverpool’s new manager, perhaps the pair could reunite at Anfield soon.

It’s not clear if that will definitely happen anytime soon, but iNews suggests it could be something to watch as Iraola is described as being a “huge fan” of Rayanne.

It’s also worth noting that Rayan is definitely the kind of player Liverpool need right now, as they refresh their attacking line-up following the departure of Mohamed Salah and with Kodi Gakpo struggling to regain his form.

After an exciting start to life in Bournemouth, what’s next for Ryan?

Ryan was highly regarded at his former club, Vasco da Gama, and quickly rose to prominence in the Premier League.

The Brazilian attacker has scored five goals in his first 15 games for Bournemouth and is seen as one of the most exciting young players in England’s top flight, along with Eli Junior Crupi.

Bournemouth will struggle to retain such talent. Especially since Iraola will certainly be looking to work again with these players who did so well at the Vitality Stadium.

This isn’t the first time we’ve heard of interest in Rayan, with TEAMtalk recently reporting that top clubs are eyeing him after his recent form.

Which players should Iraola bring to Liverpool from Bournemouth? We recently made the case not only for Mr. Crupi, but also for Alex Scott and Adrian Traffert. Let us know what you think in the comments.
