This is according to the Evening Standard, who report that Arsenal are close to a £10m deal for Leicester City star Monga, while the north London giants are also in talks for Lille midfield star Bouadi.
Arsenal fans will be looking forward to more reports on the club pursuing Rodgers, who finished the 2025-26 season with 14 goals and eight assists in all competitions.
The England international can play as wide left or as a number 10, both of which are possible if Mikel Arteta strengthens his side.

Of the names on the shortlist, Rodgers and Bouadi are the only ones likely to break into Arsenal’s starting lineup immediately.
Still, it’s not clear exactly what the AFC’s lineup will be, with Rodgers looking like a significant upgrade over Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard on the left, but Martin Odegaard’s fitness and form is also a concern.
Bouadi probably won’t start many games right away, but he has shown great potential recently and could be a good option to partner Declan Rice in midfield from time to time…
