Only one person will be lucky enough to carry this hardware, but history has already been made at this Open, with three golfers tying the lowest record for a men’s major championship in a round of 62. Sam Burns, who holds the 54-hole lead with a two-stroke lead, also posted a combined score of 127 (62-65) on Friday and Saturday, the lowest consecutive round score in major championship history.
