VfB Stuttgart defender Finn Jertsch has been linked with a move from the German club, with Premier League clubs keeping an eye on his movements.
According to FussballDaten, Liverpool and Arsenal are monitoring his situation closely and could consider signing the 20-year-old defender this summer.
