        • Frank’s answer to Veil: Spurs will make “generations” £70 million.

Thomas Frank will become the next Tottenham Hotsper manager to return the club to the Premier League title battle over the next few seasons.

Dane is certainly scrutinized when he can’t push Lily White to the league’s table and needs to correct the mistakes endured under former boss Anjipost Kogle.

However, the Australian secured the Europa League title and handed the successors the opportunity to compete with victory in the Champions League throughout 2025/26.

For a club to succeed in various tournaments, it will need to strike a balance, and then in the coming months a new manager can quickly hit the supporters.

If Dane thrives in North London, he needs quality and depth in certain key areas to balance his quest for success in Europe and within the country.

Latest new additions on Spurs hunting this summer

Mohammed Kudus has been firmly on the Spurs radar for the past few days, and Lilywhites has been a player filing a £50 million offer, but was quickly denied with a hammer asking for a large fee for his signature.

He currently has a £805 million release clause on his contract, but although it has been reported that he could be available at a lower fee, it is still unclear whether the player himself is keen on the move across London.

However, according to journalist Paul O’Keefe, they may be trying to make a move for another Premier League star in the form of Fulham fullback Antony Robinson.

He confirmed earlier this week that the Lily White people were closely monitoring American International, which was featured in two league games last season.

O’Keefe also confirmed that the 27-year-old is considered a key option for Frank this summer after registering 10 assists in the Premier League throughout 2024/25.

Reports earlier this year suggested that if Fulham receives a £40 million bid, he will be open to let him leave.

Why is the latest Spurs target a more important signature than Kudos?

There is no denying that Kudus’ movement brings additional excitement to the fanbase ahead of what is set in a new era under the leadership of Frank in North London.

Given the other targets this summer, it’s clear that Dane is also targeting attack reinforcements, including Antoine Semeño and Brian Mbemo, which are linked to the transition to the club.

However, given the tally of the goal aspects of 64 leagues last season, they clearly have the firepower that causes problems on multiple sides of the division, potentially leading to future success.

As a result, new bosses should consider prioritizing the movements of new defenders. Robinson is only the extra players that are more important than Kudus this summer.

Spurs currently only has one senior left back in the form of Destiny Udogie, but the Italian also suffered an injury struggle after missing 13 league matches in the 2024/25 season.

The right-back DJED Spence then had to work from position occasionally to cover the Italians.

When he delved into Robinson’s statistics since last season, he starred on both ends of the pitch, handing Frank the talent he longed for during his first season at the helm.

Labeled “incredible” by journalist Toby Bryant, the fullback creates 1.3 chances per 90 with a 53% dribbling success rate.

He was unowned, earning 1.7 tackles per 90 and 5.8 finals per 90, passing the required defensive quality in 2025/26.

It is unclear how many contracts will be set up for the tier this summer, but statistics created over the last few months clearly show that he is coming in the best years of his career.

He is an incredible pickup and will pass the excellent star to Frank in a position that is undoubtedly one of the most difficult positions to fill in the past few years in North London.
