There are four American women in the WTA top 10 this week, with five in the top 13. Cocogoff, No. 2. 3 Jessica Pegra, No. 6 Madison Keys, No. 9 Emmanavaro, No. 13 Amanda Animova.

Aryna Sabalenka was the spot that took over from Iga Swiatek in October in October, falling to 8th place on Monday.

Tatjana Maria, a 37-year-old German, rose from 43rd to 43rd on Monday by winning the Queens Club title as a qualifier.

Shelton, 22, won the 2022 NCAA Singles title at the University of Florida, is just his third full season on tour. He never left the US until 2023.
