  • Harvey Elliott has no future in Liverpool
  • Arne Slot is looking for new talent

According to Florian Plettenberg, Liverpool will be able to say goodbye to midfielder Harvey Elliott during the upcoming summer transfer.

According to Sky Sports reporter Plettenberg, Liverpool did not interfere with Elliot’s departure if he received the appropriate offer.

The 22-year-old, whose contract runs until 2027, has attracted interest from several clubs, particularly Newcastle United.

Eddie Howe’s side is reportedly keen to sign Elliott, and debate is underway, with Liverpool taking care of the players for around £40 million.

Harvey Elliott has no future in Liverpool

The young midfielder saw little playing time at Anfield under manager Arne Slot.

Dutch managers most often use the same starting XI, with Elliott being limited to appearances from the bench.

As the Reds prepare for a busy summer, seeing Trent Alexander Arnold leave the club and join Real Madrid, Elliot could be another performance to leave Anfield.

When it comes to the club, Bournemouth defender Milos Kerkes is Anfield’s top target this summer.

In addition to the left-back, Bayer Rewelkusen’s Jeremy Fripon has also been attracting attention by the Merseyside Club, replacing Alexander Arnold.

Leaving the club with Elliott may not cause slot headaches as players have been used very little by none of them this season.

Above all, the Reds want Elliot to earn a good price for him to reinvest in his team this summer.

Elliott showed off his versatility and skill during his tenure at Liverpool, but his willingness to entertain the club’s offers suggests that the midfielder is not part of his future plans for slots at the club.
