Indiana Fever, Atlanta Dream, Washington Mystics and Minnesota Links will be featured in the draft, with winners set to secure the top pick in the 2023 WNBA Draft.
W’s lottery odds are calculated using the latest two regular season composite records. Indiana (11-57) said no, according to a league statement. There is the best chance of landing one pick (442-1,000) and is guaranteed to pick at least third overall.
