Barcelona is interested in signing Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford during the summer transfer.

According to a report by Fichajes, the player is valued at 48 million euros, but Barcelona wants to sign a loan agreement with him. It remains to be seen whether Manchester United is ready to lend and send the 27-year-old again.

Barcelona’s moves may be attractive

Rashford was impressed during his loan spell at Aston Villa. And there were rumours that he could try and join them forever. However, the opportunity to travel to Barcelona is very appealing to players.

It’s a big platform for him, and England International is trying to showcase his qualities at La Liga.

Barcelona has won the Spanish league this season and will do well in the UEFA Champions League next year. They need more cutting edge in the final third, and the 27-year-old Manchester United attacker would be the ideal acquisition. He can manipulate him as an attacker on the left and as a forward centre. He adds targets and creativity to Barcelona’s attack.

He was considered one of the best attackers in the Premier League. If he can regain his shape and confidence, he could become an important player for them.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops. Barcelona is also watching Arsenal star Gabriel Martinelli. However, Rashford remains a preferred option for them.

The 27-year-old has no future at Manchester United. They rarely get in his way this summer. However, lending him and sending him will not benefit Old Trafford’s outfit, and they will try to drive him away forever.
