Paris Saint-Germain defeated Inter Milan in tonight’s UEFA Champions League final. Their record performance outlined the quality of the team and the quality of the football culture built by Luis Enrique.

The former Barcelona manager has an exceptional job at PSG, and despite removing a few superstars, he helped build a scary team.

PSG has had players like Kylian Mbappé, Lionel Messi and Neymar in recent years, but when it came to winning the major trophy they were unable to overcome the line. Since their departure, PSG has focused on building a balanced team with talented, hungry individuals. Their decision certainly paid off, and PSG looked more like a team than ever before.

This video certainly highlights the need for a strong football culture and the importance of a true leader instead of having a team full of superstars. PSG missed out on leadership qualities and a strong work ethic from key players when the chip went down. But that is changing now, and PSG helped win the UEFA Champions League this season.
