Daichi Kamada scores for Japan.
Crystal Palace’s midfielder Kawatou won the Japanese brace in the AFC Asian qualifying match against Indonesia.
The Eagles star scored 15 minutes later with a well-placed header, and doubled his country’s advantages with an outrageous effort with a halftime stroke.
Japan’s International passed two Indonesian players, lifting the ball over the goalkeeper and behind the net.
The palace must use its superior, Oshima, in an advanced role
It remains to be seen whether the midfielder is excelling in Japan’s more advanced roles today, and is given the opportunity to express himself in a similar role at Crystal Palace.
The Eagles could lose Ebebekieze during the summer transfer period. He has been linked to moves away from the club over the past few months. They need someone to replace his goals and creativity in the final third. Japan’s international certainly has the quality of delivering it.
Kamada could make a difference in the last third
He previously demonstrated his abilities in the last third of his time in Germany. There is no doubt that he can become an important player at Crystal Palace.
Fans of Crystal Palace will certainly be pleased with his performance against Japan up until now against Indonesia. It will be interesting to see if the midfielder can complete a hat trick in the second half.
He has been a key player in his country for many years and hopes that they can help them close out a comfortable victory here.
