Fabrizio Romano slips in interesting details about Manchester United in his latest update on the Liverpool Transfer Saga from Hugo Echicice.

Speaking on his YouTube channel this afternoon, Romano said there was still a sense that Entracht Frankfurt could potentially be taking part in Ekitique’s race later this summer.

Liverpool wants to close Ekitique’s deal as soon as possible, which makes sense, but it seems likely that the French have other suitors.

So it would be good for Entracht to drag this out and see if they could start a bid war over a talented 23-year-old who is likely to move for a big buck…

“Newcastle isn’t racing to sign Hugo Echicicke,” Romano said. “Again, Liverpool has come in very strong, reaching an agreement with players on a six-year contract and an agreement with agents.

“Not only did Liverpool get stronger with players, they’re also closer to Entracht, which was the beginning of the week.

“This is an exclusive story from today, because they presented a bid to Eintracht, which is nearly 80 million euros rejected as Eintracht would have preferred.

“Why did they refuse? Because Eintracht in the morning claims that there could be more clubs participating in Ekitique races, perhaps the sense of the United people in the second half of Manchester United.

Ekitike would certainly choose Liverpool over Man United

Ekitike appears to be ready to join the LFC.

Arne Slot’s side has just won the Premier League title and will become a favorite to start over the next semester.

Ekitike is a great addition to give even more firepower in attacks, giving the Reds an unconvincing Darwinnes upgrade.

By contrast, United are really poor and have seen a long way from returning to their best, so Ekitique will have a big gamble by committing to this project.

I recommend keeping Ekitique away as so many talented players have seen their careers go backwards at Old Trafford.
