Last season, Saquon Barkley made a huge impact in his rookie year with the Eagles, helping the team win Super Bowl LIX and earning the 2024 NFL Offensive Player of the Year title. As 2025 begins, the competition is wide open, and fans are eager to see who will claim the Offensive Player of the Year (OPOY) award next.

According to DraftKings Sportsbook, here are the top 10 players with the best odds to win the NFL Offensive Player of the Year in 2025:

However, in his prime, McCaffrey showcased his elite talent with over 1,400 rushing yards, 14 touchdowns, and solid receiving stats, establishing himself as a key part of the 49ers’ offense. A healthy McCaffrey is a dynamic threat with remarkable speed and elusiveness.

CeeDee Lamb continues to shine for the Cowboys. In 2024, despite quarterback Dak Prescott missing nine games, Lamb still recorded 101 receptions, 1,194 yards, and six touchdowns, maintaining his position as Dallas’ leading receiver. Entering a new four-year, $136 million contract, Lamb is a vital piece of the Cowboys’ offense.

Puka Nacua missed six games last season due to knee injuries but still impressed with 79 receptions for 990 yards and three touchdowns. Known for his outstanding performance according to Pro Football Focus (PFF), Nacua is a rising star who showed promising rookie stats and Pro Bowl potential.

Justin Jefferson is widely regarded as one of the NFL’s top receivers. A two-time All-Pro and four-time Pro Bowler, Jefferson tallied 103 receptions for 1,533 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2024. Despite changes in the Vikings’ quarterback situation and draft picks, Jefferson’s consistent production makes him a major offensive threat.

Now with the Ravens, Henry delivered a career-high workload, rushing for 1,921 yards and maintaining his status as a dominant power back. His proven track record and partnership with MVP Lamar Jackson position Baltimore for a strong running game.
