The Wolf Ace can ensure its movement as Roman

The wolves have already raised £100 million from their players’ sales this summer, and could do more in terms of funding.

Matheus Cunha and Rayan Ait-Nouri were two major departures from Molineux, joining Man United and Man City in the beginning of the summer, respectively. There are also rumours that star midfielder Andre could leave Juventus’s other European giant in interest, and now another wolf star is linked to his move to Italy.

Wolf striker Fabio Silva wanted Rome

According to Sky Sports Italy (via Football Italy), Rome is interested in signing Fabio Silva and has already approached the wolves for the Portuguese striker.

Signed five years ago for 40 million euros, Silva has been widely considered a flop as he struggled to make any impact on Molineux. However, the wolves could potentially recover the 23-year-old’s considerable relocation fees, impressed while being loaned out in Las Palmas last season.

Wolves are expected to seek sales of Silva, whose contract expires within 12 months. They’ll want to get closer to that 40 million euro, but it’s more realistic to get traded to get closer to half of that amount.

It is not yet clear how many wolves are seeking high-stock Silva after scoring their 10 LA La Liga goals last season. Nevertheless, the Portuguese nightmare spell on Molineux could officially end before the end of this summer’s transfer period.
