The New York Rangers are set to face the Philadelphia Flyers in the 2025 Rookie Series. The two matchups will be held at the PPL Center in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with games scheduled for Friday, September 12th at 7:05 p.m. and Saturday, September 13th at 5:05 p.m. This marks the fifth straight year that the Rangers will compete against the Flyers in this series. These games occur during rookie camp and just before training camp begins.

Last season, the Rookie Series featured all of the Rangers’ top prospects, including Adam Edstrom, Brennan Osman, and Brett Berard. Building the Rangers’ opening night roster is challenging, but players like Brennan Osman show that it’s attainable.

Fan Take: This Rookie Series is an exciting chance for fans to get an early look at the future stars of the Rangers and Flyers, setting the stage for the upcoming NHL season. Developing young talent in these games could shape the trajectory of both teams and add fresh energy to the league.
