Wolverhampton Wanderers, who had already agreed to a deal to sign David Moller Wolfe, are reportedly preparing an opening offer to sign La Liga defender ahead of Serie A champion Napoli.
The wolves have been set to sign David Mueller Wolf
Wolves worthy wolves, Midlanders, are set to acquire their man and replace Rayan Ait Nouri following his decision to join Manchester City earlier this summer. According to Fabrizio Romano, the AZ Alkmaar defender is already set to get medical care, and will be his third summer arrival at Molineux.
Swapping Ait-Nouri requires some redoing given that it maximized its impact on Vitor Pereira’s part, but the numbers suggest that Wolfe is at least talented at replicating attack output.
League statistics 24/25 (via FBREF) | Wolf | ait-nouri |
---|---|---|
Min | 2,500 | 3,190 |
the goal | 2 | 4 |
assist | 5 | 7 |
Ball recovery | 110 | 145 |
In 690 minutes last season, Wolfe managed slightly the involvement of four goals in league action, and proved important in regaining Alkmaar’s possessions. Now, both his offensive power and his ability to gain the ball could prove important on Pereira’s part.
In a quiet summer, wolves’ businesses could fly under the radar. But their business is limited, but it was impressive. Jhon Arias, Fer Lopez and now Wolfe represent three very solid arrivals ahead of next season.
Meanwhile, with AIT-Nouri being replaced now, it appears that people in the Midlands are paying attention to finding enhancements on the other side of the backline.
Wolves will give a lecture to sign Juanlu
According to journalist Orazio Accomando, the wolves have started consultations to sign Sevilla’s Juanlu Sanchez this summer, as relayed by sports witnesses. The Molinuex chief is reportedly planning to file an opening offer worth 17 million euros (£15 million) on the 21-year-old right back.
Juanl, an Olympic gold medalist with Spain, has received many acclaim during his time in Spain, including former manager Xavier Garcia Pimienta, who had the opportunity to praise the versatility of the defender.
“He played (previously) as an internal midfielder. We were short on midfield space due to Saul (Niges) suspension and (Albert Samby) Loconga injuries.
“I spoke to him. I knew he could do well in that position. Juanl has an incredible present and a better future.”
Now the Spaniard may be on his way to the wolves to replace Nelson Cemed. The Portuguese defender traded Fenerbahce’s midland earlier this summer after opting out of signing a new contract with Molinuex.
However, if the wolves sign the Fanl, they will not only land an alternative to the former Barcelona defender, but will likely be a player who could become an even better option for Pereira.
