Liverpool will improve the bid of Newcastle United striker Alexander Isaac in the coming days.

Swedish International has been a top performer in the Premier League recently, and if the Reds can take him to Anfield, it would be some statements by the Reds.

Liverpool has already placed a big bid on ISAK, which was rejected by Newcastle, and BBC Sports added to reports that the Merseyside giants may not return for him.

According to Fichajes, Liverpool is ready to try again for ISAK and appears to be ready to table improved offers for the 25-year-old in the coming days.

How reliable is this latest Alexander Isaac from the Liverpool story?

This story may require you to film salt in one pin, as it must be admitted that the fichaje is not generally considered a source of highest tier transfers.

But it’s worth it given that Fabrizio Romano, arguably the most trusted transfer news journalist, recently revealed that he hopes ISAK LFC Saga isn’t over.

Speaking on his YouTube channel a few days ago, Romano said: “Internally, Liverpool knows this is part of the game. It’s still the start of August. There’s still plenty of time before the end of the transfer window. Liverpool was hoping Newcastle would be stronger in his position.”

He added: “Liverpool wanted to show the players. Okay, we’re really ready. It’s not just an informal conversation. It’s not just a verbal suggestion. It’s an official bid.

“So Liverpool sent a clear message to Alexander Isaac. We are here. We are ready. We have the money. We are ready to do something important. Newcastle says no.

Does Liverpool really need Isaac?

Liverpool has already signed Hugo Ekitique as a new striker this summer, so there is probably arguing that they shouldn’t spend a lot of money on Isaac too.

Ekitike shined with Eintracht Frankfurt last season, but moving him big to make room for Isak will probably be a waste of his talent.

Still, there are probably cases where world class like ISAK is available and if you have the money, you can do what you need to do to hurry up and hurry something that could be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
