The 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship is set to tee off at 8:20am ET on Thursday. This marks the beginning of the FedEx Cup playoffs. The top 70 golfers qualify for the first tournament of three tournaments to win the FedEx Cup Trophy and the accompanying $10 million bonus, but Rory McIlroy opted out of the 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship Field. TPC Southwind in Memphis has been hosting site for the fourth consecutive year. World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler leads the FedEx Cup standings with 4,806 points, and is a +280 favorite (takes $100 to $280 risk) at the 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship Odds.

Other 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship candidates include Xander Schauffele (18-1), Matthew Fitzpatrick (22-1), Justin Thomas (25-1), Tommy Fleetwood (25-1), and Viktor Hovland (28-1). Aaron Lye, Rudig Abert and Russell Henry are just behind top favourites at 30-1. Which golfers should return in the 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship bet? Before you lock into the 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship Pick, be sure to check out the golf predictions and predicted leaderboards from the Sportsline’s proven computer models.

The Sportsline’s proprietary model, built by DFS Pro Mike McClure, has been red hot since the PGA Tour resumed in June 2020. In fact, the model has surpassed $8,500 on its best bet since its post-tournament reboot.

This same model nailed a whopping 16 majors over the weekend, including the 2025 Master (the fourth Master) and this year’s PGA Championship and Open Championship. Anyone who followed the sports bet pick has seen massive returns Bet Site. New users will have the opportunity to use the latest Fanduel Promo code and Fanatics Sportsbook Promo Code. They can also be targeted DraftKings Promo Codewill offer new users $200 in bonus bets and will soon offer more than $200 from NFL Sunday tickets.

Now that the 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship field has locked in, Sportsline has simulated the tournament 10,000 times, and the results were astounding. Head to SportsLine now to see the projected leaderboard.

2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship Prediction

One of the big surprises the models are hoping for at the 2025 FedEx St. Jude Championship is that two-time major champion this week Colin Morakawa won’t beat the top 10. Morakawa opened his PGA Tour career with 22 cuts, the second and second of Tiger Woods’ 25-cut streaks. He won major titles in 2020 and 2021, but has since won one tournament (the 2023 Zozo Championship).

Morikawa has missed three cuts this season, with only four top-10 finishes in 16 events. In fact, he’s away from the consecutive cuts he missed in Genesis Scottish Open and The Open Championship. The model is waning him this week as Morikawa ranks 129th on the PGA Tour with strokes obtained from putting, 121st in scramble. You can see who else fades here and then use Fanduel to instantly get $150 in bonus bets.

Another of the model’s incredible FedEx St. Jude Championship picks is the Sam Burns’ strong run despite being a long shot of +4,000. Burns has been one of the best seasons of his career, recording his personal best finishes at both the US Open (T7) and the PGA Championship (T19). He also placed second in the playoffs at RBC Canadian Open for Ryan Fox.

Burns finished T5 at CJ Cup Byron Nelson and finished T8 at Sentry. He made cuts in 12 straight tournaments and ranked third in the PGA Tour with strokes he gained from putting. Burns finished T5 at last year’s FedEx St. Jude Championship, so I love the possibility that the model will compete again this week. See who else you choose here.
