Chelsea are ready for a busy ending in the summer window as they are about to close many deals in terms of both incoming and leaving calls at Stamford Bridge.
Bruce indirectly signed Giulio Enciso as his latest acquisition. Paraguiron joined Chelsea in 2026 a year later with League One sister club Strasbourg.
After being convicted of violating FFP rules, due to a complicated arrangement with UEFA, Chelsea must sell it before buying it now.
Things like Christopher Nukank and Nicholas Jackson are expected to leave Stamford Bridge, especially before the September 1 deadline, and it’s important as Chelsea will be following the double contract between Man United’s Alejandro Garnacho and RB Leipzig’s Zabi Simons.
Chelsea are forced to sell players who joined last season’s conference league team, allowing them to reserve space for the likes of Simons and Garnacho on the A-Ling Champions League team.
“While Chelsea’s complicated agreement with UEFA has seen a record fine worth £26.8 million rise to £78.5 million, the key sporting sanctions warn the club “will not register new players on UEFA club list A unless the transfer balance is positive,” journalist Kieran Gill wrote.
“Chelsea will not take two weeks to prove to UEFA that they are balanced enough to be allowed to add a summer signature to Enzo Maresca’s Champions League team this season.
“UEFA has confirmed that they are only auditing the money they have made to the people named on the teams submitted by Chelsea for last season’s conference league knockout stage.
“It’s important to note that Keenan Deuceberry Hall’s sale to Everton, to Noni Madueke, and to Arsenal’s sale to Matisse Amogue will work towards UEFA’s satisfaction, but not the exits for Felix and others.”
Unfortunately for Maresca, this means they need to find buyers like nkunku and Jackson quite quickly.
Chelsea will set up next week to complete the terms with Xavi Simons
In the meantime, both Garnacho and Simons are forced to patiently wait for a move of hope for London.
According to Sky Germany’s Floriamplettenberg, Chelsea, who shares exclusive details, plans to complete the former six-year contract after verbal agreements, and will complete it in the form written next week.
The former PSG playmaker has been a Leipzig revelation since first joining loans in early 2023/2024, making his move permanent this January, but if Blueco can secure a departure for the first time, the switch to Chelsea appears to be imminent.
