Anfield’s source on why Alexander Isaac may start Liverpool this weekend

According to sources at Anfield, Liverpool’s new signature, Alexander Isaac, may have to wait for the Reds’ first start.

ISAK only completed the move to Liverpool at the end of the summer transfer period, and Reds fans are desperate to see Swedish International active.

However, Isaac’s fitness hasn’t played football recently, so it seems like there may be a bit of concern for now as he has started a preseason and a Premier League campaign with Newcastle United.

“I think it’s minimal, but let’s see how fitness levels return from international obligations. But I don’t think that’s possible,” Anfield source told Graeme Bailey. TBR Football.

This probably means seeing ISAK from the bench for his LFC debut, but he will probably start the game a little while.

What does the arrival of Alexander Isaac mean to Hugo Ekichike?

Isaac is a Newcastle star and established himself as one of Europe’s best strikers, but his arrival at Liverpool follows a great start to the season from Hugo Ekicchique.

Another summer signature on Arne Slot’s side, Ekitike joined Liverpool early in the window from Eintracht Frankfurt, looking truly promising.

The French seem to be a clear upgrade to Darwin Nunes ahead of time, but he may find himself falling on the bench after Isaac’s arrival.

Liverpool certainly didn’t spend that much money on ISAK just to put him on the bench on a regular basis, but can the two strikers probably play together?

The slot could potentially shift Ekitique wide to the left, but that’s not his best position, so perhaps we’ll see a tactical change in which the two strikers play in advance?
