  • Where is Carlos Valleva?
  • Liverpool can use baleva

Manchester United were deeply connected with Carlos Valleva during the summer transfer period, but they were unable to make the deal.

Manchester United are keen on the 21-year-old midfielder and were able to return for him in January when the transfer window opened. But it’s not just a club that’s passionate about him.

Liverpool also has tabs on Brighton’s midfielders. The player reportedly visited Anfield earlier this month. It will be interesting to see if Liverpool has decided to make a move for the players.

Where is Carlos Valleva?

Pete O’Rourke revealed to a soccer insider:

“Man United asked about him in the summer and Brighton is scary United, with a price of around £100 million.

“United still has him firmly on the radar for next summer, perhaps not the window in January. I’m sure if Liverpool is in the midfielder market for central defensiveness, then Valeva will also be the one on their list.

“If it’s up to who can land them, that’s going to be a concern for United, as they probably need Champions League football to convince Baleva to make that move.”

The Reds could certainly use more quality and depth in the middle of the park, and Valeva would be an exceptional acquisition. He is currently considered one of the best young talents in the Premier League.

Liverpool has the finances to continue the contract, and players may want to participate as well. They are the Premier League champions and they have consistently fought for major trophies. Meanwhile, Manchester United has gone through a rough patch and they can’t offer him European football.

The midfielder is likely to cost around £100 million, and it will be interesting to see where he goes. He would want to compete at a high level, and Liverpool could be a more attractive destination.

Manchester United desperately needs a quality central midfielder like him. Missing players to Liverpool will be a devastating blow to them. It is still unknown how the situation will unfold.
