Chelsea are reportedly monitoring former Barcelona striker Vitor Roque.

The 20-year-old has been in very good form for Palmeiras and his performances have attracted the attention of Premier League clubs. Fichajes said they are closely monitoring his situation and may take action in the future.

West Ham United are also interested in the location.

Will Vitor Roque join Chelsea?

He has failed to make a mark so far at Barcelona and Real Betis. It will be interesting to see if he is willing to leave South America again. Roque left Barcelona after scoring just two goals for the club. He played 33 games for Betis and found the back of the net seven times.

The opportunity to join Chelsea could be very exciting for him. They are one of the biggest clubs in the world. They could provide him with a platform to show that he has the qualities to be able to fight for major trophies in the Premier League. Chelsea are aiming to build a strong team capable of winning major trophies and need to sign top-level players.

The 20-year-old could be a solid investment for the club. It is highly rated in South America and has a bright future. With the right guidance, he could develop into a quality player for Chelsea. However, at this stage of his career he needs to play regularly and Chelsea may not be able to offer him that opportunity.

It remains to be seen whether the 20-year-old accepts a role as Chelsea’s international, although Liam Delap and Joao Pedro will be ahead of him in the pecking order. It can negatively affect his growth.

Brazil’s offensive line should focus on his development for now. He needs to play every week and fulfill his potential. If he can improve in the coming seasons, he has a good chance of joining an elite club in the future.
