Canterbury Park Greenlit to Host Exciting 51-Day Tournament in 2026

Canterbury Park’s proposal to conduct a 51-day horse racing season in 2026, spanning from Saturday, May 23 to Saturday, September 19, received unanimous approval from the Minnesota Horse Racing Commission today. Races will be held on Thursdays and Saturdays at 5 p.m. Central Time, and on Sundays and holidays at 1 p.m. Additional race days include Monday, May 25, Friday, July 3, and Wednesdays, July 22 and September 16. During the final week of live racing, races will start at 4 p.m.
