My golf game has long been ruined by a few key issues: long irons and chipping. Last year brought another, if equally frustrating, challenge. It’s the ability to hold a rangefinder.

That’s right, I that man. The guy who somehow always leaves his rangefinder on the pole of his golf cart after his round is over. I lost my rangefinder when I did this in 2024. It doesn’t matter, I thought, I have a backup at home. Well, I came again this year and managed to leave. both Those of you who are behind, even though I haven’t played golf in years (and haven’t been in a cart full time!).

So, instead of writing this article about some of my favorite items this year, like my colleagues, I’m going to change things up and highlight some of my favorite items instead. loved after that lost. The good news is that I like both of these rangefinders so much that I don’t have to waste time thinking about what to buy instead. Just buy the same thing again. (Or one, I hope you don’t lose it, but apparently it’s a good idea to back it up.)

Anyway, here are two beloved rangefinders that I had but lost. Maybe you’ll like it too. Just take care of them more than you take care of me.

Bushnell Pro please) Please do not leave any residue behind. It has more bells and whistles than I was used to with previous rangefinders, including things like wind speed and direction when using the mobile app. I haven’t used it much, but the magnification is 7x. It’s also very accurate. This is (as you can imagine!) an important feature for a rangefinder.

Very useful to you, dear reader, is the fact that the two particular rangefinders I am talking about are in two very different price ranges and you can choose accordingly. Blue Tees Golf has a competitively priced rangefinder with all the features you need, including pulse vibration to help when locking on to a target, without breaking the bank. The Blue Tees Golf Series 2 Pro Slope Rangefinder is a great option.

And I might be the worst person to give advice on this kind of thing, but someone recently told me to start putting my keys in a rangefinder case. That way, when you try to leave the course, you’ll quickly realize that your rangefinder may not be there. If you don’t understand anything else from this article, perhaps that little piece of advice will be useful to you too.
