Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Juventus attacker Kenan Yildiz.
According to a report from TEAMtalk, the 20-year-old Turkey international is a dream name to be on the shortlist of players looking to improve their quality in the final third. It’s no secret that they need more unpredictability in their side, and the Juventus attacker could be ideal for them.
He will create chances for his teammates and also help find the back of the goal. Brennan Johnson and Xavi Simmons haven’t been at their best this season, and Dejan Kulusevski is sidelined with an injury.
Kenan Yildiz vs. Tottenham wingers this season
Mohamed Kudus is the only reliable winger at the club. Spurs need to invest in that area of the team, and Yildiz would be a smart investment. He has all the tools to grow into a superstar.
Former England manager Fabio Capello believes the Turkish attacker has the “talent and humility of a champion”.
Will Spurs be able to convince Yildiz to join?
It will be interesting to see if the Spurs respond to their interest with an offer to finalize the deal. Signing players is not easy. Juventus rate him highly and will not want to lose the 20-year-old anytime soon. North London businesses may have to pay a premium to get the deal done.
On top of that, they need to convince players to join the club. He is an elite talent and will want to compete at the highest level. Tottenham must convince him that they can help realize his ambitions in the future.
Arsenal are also interested in signing Yildiz.
