  • Gabriel Jesus has a disappointing time at Arsenal
  • Milan consider Jesus the best fit for their team

AC Milan are already planning a major overhaul of their attacking options ahead of the summer transfer window, with Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus emerging as a likely candidate.

Tuttosport reports that the Rossoneri are closely monitoring the Brazilian’s situation in north London in preparation for a possible change of front.

Milan’s interest is closely linked to the uncertainty surrounding Santiago Jimenez.

The Mexico international has shown glimpses of his quality since joining Serie A, but there is growing speculation within the club that he could move after the FIFA World Cup if the right offer is made.

That potential has led Milan’s recruitment team to look for an experienced and versatile forward who can lead from the front.

Gabriel Jesus has a disappointing time at Arsenal

At Arsenal, Gabriel Jesus is finding it increasingly difficult to get opportunities.

The 28-year-old has started just two Premier League games this season, largely due to the strong competition in Mikel Arteta’s attacking line.

With the arrival and form of Viktor Gökeres and Kai Havertz, Jesus’ minutes have been limited and, despite his reputation and experience, he has been pushed to the margins.

Arteta continues to praise Jesus’ work rate, but Arsenal’s evolution towards a more physically dominant and direct attacking profile does not necessarily play to the Brazilian’s strengths.

Jesus’ future could come under scrutiny, with difficult decisions expected in the summer as the club pushes to continue competing for major honours.

From Milan’s point of view, Jesus offers a combination of pedigree and adaptability.

A proven performer in both the Premier League and Champions League, he brings experience, movement and creativity, qualities that can complement Milan’s young attacking talent.

His ability to operate on the front lines is seen as a major asset, especially in Serie A, where tactical flexibility is often crucial.

However, the Rossoneri also have alternative options open.

Fiorentina’s Moise Kean is also understood to be a name under consideration, as he is young and seen as a potential bargain solution if a deal for Jesus proves too complicated.
