Arsenal are interested in signing Norwegian winger Jens Petter Hauge at the end of the season.

According to a report in Sports Boom, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has been impressed by the player’s performances in this season’s UEFA Champions League (six goals, two assists) and the club are keen to sign the player. Arsenal could use Jens Petter Hauge

The 26-year-old is at the peak of his career and the opportunity to move to England could be an exciting one for him. Arsenal need more quality in their side and he could be a very useful signing. He will add goals and sparkle to the team. Arsenal need more unpredictability going forward. It remains to be seen whether they are prepared to pay £40m for the attacker in the summer.

Meanwhile, Manchester United are monitoring his situation closely. We need more depth in our squad, especially given the possibility of us competing in next season’s UEFA Champions League. They need a squad with more quality players and the Norwegian could be a useful option in attack.
