Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing River Plate’s Ian Subiabre.

The 19-year-old winger has been doing very well for the Argentina national team and has recently attracted the attention of several clubs. According to a report in Soi del Millo, two Premier League clubs are monitoring his development and could consider a move in the summer.

Separate reports from Soi del Milo have confirmed that the player’s agent is looking to secure a move for his client in the summer, with River Plate expecting to receive a significant offer in the near future. They may be considering sanctioning his resignation for a fee of approx. 8 million to 13 million euros.

Chelsea and Tottenham certainly have the financial wherewithal to sign him, and he could be a good long-term signing. He is a young player with a lot of potential and the opportunity to play in the Premier League would be hard for him to turn down. Regular exposure to English football will help him reach his full potential.

The 19-year-old could add creativity, speed, unpredictability and goals to Chelsea’s attack. Alejandro Garnacho and Jamie Gittens have not been very effective this season and Chelsea need more quality in the wings.

On the other hand, Tottenham will also need to add more depth going forward. They look pretty underwhelming so far this season.

The 19-year-old would be a great long-term investment for both clubs. The asking price is quite reasonable and could become a bargain in the future. He has the technical attributes to develop a quality Premier League attack with the right guidance.

Chelsea and Tottenham could provide him with the platform he needs to demonstrate his qualities at the highest level.
