Liverpool and Manchester United are interested in signing AS Monaco attacker Magnes Akurios.

The 24-year-old international has contributed 18 goals this season and could be a very beneficial signing for both clubs.

Liverpool will need to replace Mohamed Salah in the summer and the France international will add creativity and goals to the team. He is a right-sided attacker who adds speed, flair and technical ability in the final third.

He is a young player with a lot of potential and Liverpool could develop him into a star. Several clubs are monitoring his progress and need to move quickly to win the race to sign him.

The player has been called up to the French national team for the next World Cup, with Monaco looking to regain their premiership following his departure. If he performs well at the World Cup, his transfer value could increase.

Manchester United are monitoring his progress closely. They have invested a lot of money in Brian Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha. However, they are scheduled to compete in next season’s UEFA Champions League and need a squad with more depth. Another quality winger would be ideal for them.

It will be interesting to see which of the two clubs can conclude a contract. According to TEAMtalk, clubs such as PSG and Tottenham are also monitoring his situation.

Acrioche will want to compete at a higher level and there will be opportunities for him to move. It will be difficult for him to turn down the Premier League. Liverpool and Manchester United are among the biggest clubs in the world and they will give him a platform to express himself at a competitive level. Playing regular football in England could accelerate his development.
