Chelsea move towards Champions League winner as €120m exit approaches

Chelsea are interested in signing Spanish midfielder Fabian Ruiz from PSG in the summer transfer window.

Enzo Fernandes could leave the club and the Blues are willing to sell him for 120 million euros, according to reports from Spain. They are already considering signing a replacement and have begun exploratory contacts to facilitate a move for the Spain international.

Luiz is a key player for PSG and could be an ideal player for Chelsea. He can control the tempo of the game from deep and help the defense. The 30-year-old midfielder is at the peak of his career and the opportunity to play in the Premier League could be interesting for him.

He has consistently proven himself in France, winning the UEFA Champions League twice in the past two seasons. He may be open to taking on new challenges and Chelsea are one of the biggest clubs in the world.

It remains to be seen whether PSG can be persuaded to sell the player. They are one of the richest clubs in the world and have no need to sell players. It may be difficult for Chelsea to convince the French team to sell Luiz.

PSG will need to replace him properly before moving him on.

Meanwhile, reports suggest that the midfielder is worth around 30 million euros. Clubs such as Juventus are also interested in the Spanish midfielder, and it remains to be seen how the situation will turn out. Chelsea certainly have more financial resources than the Italian club and should be able to get a deal done if PSG is willing to sell the player.
