  • Bradley Barcola is ideal for Liverpool
  • Reds need to improve attack

Liverpool have turned their attention to PSG attacker Bradley Barcola following the absence of Yann Diomande.

Recent reports have revealed that the Ivory Coast international has chosen to join the French team rather than Liverpool, and the Reds will need to find a replacement now. They need more quality in the side and Barcola could be a great addition.

Ben Jacobs has revealed Barcola is high on Liverpool’s wishlist as they look to add another cutting-edge player to their final third. Coach Luis Enrique described him as “fantastic”.

Bradley Barcola is ideal for Liverpool

Barcola has not started regularly for PSG so far, but Diomande’s arrival will likely push him further down the pecking order. It makes sense for him to move forward for a regular chance.

Liverpool need more quality in wide areas and Barcola will add goals and creativity to the squad. He contributed 20 goals in all competitions last season and will only improve with regular opportunities. Regular football in the Premier League will help bring out the best in players and help them realize their potential. The move would be ideal for the French international, but it remains to be seen whether Liverpool will be able to finalize a deal.

Reds need to improve attack

They are considering multiple attacking options this summer and need to improve their squad before the start of the new season. Last year they had a disappointing season by their standards, finishing fifth in the Premier League table. They want to fight for the league title again and need quality players to make that happen.

Liverpool have already signed Victor Munoz and investing in another winger would be ideal.
