Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Atalanta star Raul Bellanova.

Bellanova was linked with a move to Chelsea a few seasons ago.

Spurs keen to sign Raul Bellanova

Tottenham already have Pedro Polo at their disposal, and he is currently one of the best right-backs in the world. If Veranova joins the London club, she will have to accept the role of a team player. It remains to be seen whether he is ready for such a role at this stage of his career. He is 26 years old and at the peak of his career. He needs to play regularly to continue to develop and reach his potential.

A move to Everton could be ideal for Bellanova

Bellanova is under contract with the Italian club until 2029, so there is no pressure to sell him this summer. Tottenham will have to pay a premium to make the deal happen. The player joined Atalanta in 2024 for a fee of 25 million euros and would stand to make a significant profit if Atalanta decide to sell him this summer.

Meanwhile, a move to Everton could be ideal for Bellanova. They need quality right after Seamus Coleman left. The 26-year-old could become a key player for Everton and regular football in the Premier League could bring out the best in him. It remains to be seen whether the Toffees will continue their interest in him and are prepared to make a formal proposal.

Aston Villa and West Ham United were interested in signing Bellanova last summer.
