The newspaper also reports that Aston Villa and Crystal Palace have been offered the chance to sign the talented midfielder.
It will be interesting to see whether English clubs are interested in signing Moriba.
The 23-year-old is in good form with the Spanish team and the former Barcelona academy graduate’s transfer fee is expected to be around 20 million euros.
