Declan Rice scored the first goal of the game with a long-range shot and set up Ezri Konsa’s second goal from a corner kick.
Saka extended that advantage with a stunning goal in the 37th minute. England scored with a brilliant counter-attack, with Marcus Rashford running in front of goal to set up Saka’s goal.

France was in a disadvantageous position at the back.
France are very poor defensively and will need to tighten up at the back if they are to turn this game around. England did well in the first half, but will look to give France more trouble in the second half.
France certainly have the attacking elements to make the difference in this game and bounce back in the second half. It remains to be seen whether they will be able to act together.
