Turkish club makes big offer for Bruno Fernandes
Bruno Fernandes has received a surprising contract offer to head to Turkey, according to the latest information shared by a prominent X source.
Bruno Fernandes has been offered a lucrative contract by Türkiye. Manchester United want to keep the player, but they are unlikely to keep him even if he wants to leave.
Manchester United bosses and head coach Michael Carrick remain determined to retain their 31-year-old captain, who qualified for the Champions League last season with nine goals and 21 assists in all competitions, but the club’s stance is that they will not stand in the way of his clear request to leave Old Trafford.
United reportedly value the Portugal international at around £64m (€75m), but his overseas release clause, estimated at £56m (€65m), will give leverage to foreign suitors looking to lure him away from the Premier League.
Bruno Fernandes is reportedly open to a move to Galatasaray
Current Super Lig champions Galatasaray have emerged as the main driving force behind Türkiye’s rise.
According to reports, Galatasaray coach Okan Buruk considers Fernandes his ultimate dream target to play a central role in the attacking midfield.
The Istanbul giants, who have already made a big statement in the recent transfer window by signing marquee players such as Victor Osimhen and Leroy Sane, are prepared to offer Fernandes a net salary package worth up to €15 million a year.
According to reports, Fernandes is open to a project in Istanbul, especially if Galatasaray can reach a financial agreement with Manchester United regarding the transfer fee structure.
There is also strong interest from Saudi Arabia.
Turkey is not the only destination in contention for the midfielder. Teams in the Saudi Pro League are continuing to monitor Fernandes’ situation closely, as he has tested the waters with big-money offers over the past year.

Fernandes has so far prioritized competition at the top level in Europe, but a lucrative contract option from Saudi Arabia remains on the table.
For now, Manchester United are actively working towards finalizing a contract extension to secure their captain long-term, but his future will remain in the spotlight in the summer as interest from both Turkey and the Gulf countries remains strong.
