The move, which is waiting for all Liverpool fans to listen, is a move reported by the club that Bayer Leverkusen is attacking midfielder Florian Wiltz.

The Premier League champion has not yet officially confirmed that he has agreed to a deal to sign German International, but is reportedly close to doing so.

Latest news from Florian Wiltz to Liverpool

According to Fabrizio Romano, Wirtz will travel to the UK for his medical examination after returning from summer holidays, but it remains unclear when that will occur.

Reporters argue that Levarksen and Liverpool have “sealed” all documents for the relocation of the German mid-Maestro, and now they are waiting for him to complete medical tests before announcing the deal.

This comes after Romano reported earlier this month that Arne Slot’s side had agreed to a mammoth deal worth up to £127 million, including the 22-year-old star add-on.

Wirtz, who made 16 goals and 14 assists in all Leverkusen tournaments during the 2024/25 campaign, is set to become the club’s most expensive signature, earning the £85 million he paid Darwinnenes to Benfica in 2022.

The German midfielder may not be Liverpool’s only signature this summer as the club is seeing another expensive attacker after Wirtz.

Liverpool is aiming to move the £100 million Premier League star

Reports say that as goals are relaying, FSG is considering a dive to sign Newcastle United winger Anthony Gordon before the end of the summer transfer period.

The report argues that Liverpool is squeezing England International’s move to expand its options significantly, and could cost a big £100 million fee to snap him out of St James’ Park.

Gordon, who spent time before finally making his breakthrough at Liverpool’s Academy, has turned his eyes to the Reds due to uncertainty about the future of Darwin Nunes and Lewis Diaz.

The report adds that, in interest from Saudi Arabia, Nunes is “certain” to move on from Anfield, as Barcelona is interested in signing him.

Liverpool had discussions with Newcastle in the summer of 2024 to discuss the deal with Newcastle and Gordon, but they were unable to get a deal over the line.

The 24-year-old star, who former teammate Charlie Creswell claims to have a “electric” pace, is 150 contestants in the division so far and could potentially compete on the ground running at Anfield this summer as a new signature.

Gordon’s “Electric” pace combined with Wirtz’s impressive creativity and quality quality could potentially lead to an exciting new look attack on the slots from the 2025/26 campaign onwards.
