summary

  • Chelsea have already started their summer business with striker Liam Dellup’s marquee move.

  • Grok predicts that the Blues will spend more than £250 million by September 1st.

  • Todd Berry and Enzo Maresca can offer Champions League football, where Premier League and European stars are expected to move to Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea is taking part in the FIFA Club World Cup in the United States this summer, aiming to become the first winner of a new perspective competition.

Bruce took advantage of the first summer transfer window by signing striker Liam Dellup from Ipswichtown, with Todd Boley activates the forward’s £30 million release clause.

Delap is also included in Enzo Maresca’s Club World Cup team, as well as goalkeeper Mike Pender, centre-back Mama Dusar and midfielder Dario Esgo.

However, there’s plenty of time for Chelsea to do more signings, and the second market won’t close until September 1st.

Chelsea’s most expensive signature ever

Todd Boley has spent much time in recent years.

With more arrivals on Stamford Bridge cards, X’s AI tool Grok is predicting five signatures that Chelsea can make this summer.

AI predicts five players that Chelsea will sign this summer

1

Victor Osimhen

Naples (£60m)

Starting with another striker after Delap, Chelsea continues to link to Victor Osimhen’s move.

After spending his time on loan at Galatasaray last season, Osimhen returned to Naples, but could head out this summer.

Nigeria International’s aides were working on relocating Stamford Bridge. Glock said the £60 million move will provide Osimen “a focus that complements offense, Dellup and Nicholas Jackson.”

2

Jamie Gitens

Borussia Dortmund (£55 million)

Jamie Gittens, the player Chelsea wanted to sign before the Club World Cup, can still move to London in the second summer transfer window, and Groke can see the imprint.

The Blues have a £42 million bid rejected for the English winger, and Grok says he will need to reach £55 million to make the move.

Groke says, “The Gitens brings pace, creativity and goal-scoring ability to fit the sides and Maresca’s offensive system.”

3

Jarrad Branthwaite

Everton (£50m)

Despite signing the SARR, more central defenders could be on Stamford Bridge’s to-do list and rival those like Tosin Adarabioyo and Levi Colwill.

Everton star Jarad Brantewaite has caught Chelsea’s eyes, and there have been rumours that Bruce is squeezing the offer late in the window.

The figure of at least £50 million has been debated by AI, but elsewhere suggests that England International could cost £75 million.

4

Alejandro Garnacho

Man Utd (£40m)

After signing the contract in January, Man UTD winger Alejandro Garnacho is set to leave Old Trafford and informed his agent that he was interested in moving to Stamford Bridge.

Argentina wants to stay in the Premier League.

Garnacho can play on the left or right side, so it could replace Jadon Sancho, who returned to the Red Devils after Chelsea Loan.

5

Mark Guech

Crystal Palace (£50m)

But this summer may not be all new faces. Mark Guech is linked to his return to Stamford Bridge four years ahead of Crystal Palace.

England International is increasing its strength at Selhurst Park, but now there is only one year left on the current contract, causing rumors of an exit this summer.

The May claim said Guehi was seduced to return to Chelsea, and that Blues is confident in the deal. With Champions League football now on offer, that confidence could have grown.
