He is now trying to get his career back on track with regular football. He would have struggled with his regular games at Premier League clubs, and it makes sense for him to move on.

He’s definitely an impressive player, but he’s not enough to start regularly in the Premier League. Sunderland is looking to build a team that can compete regularly in the Premier League. They were very active in the transfer market, bringing quality signatures like Granit Xhaka.

It’s clear that there are more advanced players like Triantis. It makes sense for midfielders to move on and join a club where they get regular opportunities. It makes no sense to sit on the bench at Sunderland at this stage of his career.

Sunderland has an impressive start

Meanwhile, Sunderland has successfully started the season and they are trying to build on it. It will be interesting to see if they can insert the remaining gaps of their team before the windows close. They were ambitious in the transfer market and so far have brought quality signatures.

Fans will certainly be pleased with the ambitions shown by the club’s hierarchy and the players’ performances on the pitch. It remains to be seen whether they will be able to create a strong season and establish themselves as a regular in the Premier League.
