  • Latest new additions on Spurs hunting this summer
  • Why is Spurs’ latest targets recurring Kudus?

Five goals scored, none were recognized, and a 100% victory record – it’s safe to say that Thomas Frank’s tenure as Tottenham Hotsper manager was the start of his dreams.

Though it was expected to beat Burnley, newly promoted in his hometown soil, Lily White’s second show of his new Premier League season has led to a growing excitement at the club.

Frank’s men secured a great 2-0 victory over Manchester City at Etihad last weekend, limiting Pep Guardiola’s side to limited opportunities.

However, despite a great start on the UK’s top flight, attention has shifted to the relocation market, with work being done behind the scenes to ensure additional strengthening.

Many players remain in sight, but it is still unclear whether more big money will be added before Monday’s transfer deadline.

Latest new additions on Spurs hunting this summer

Attacking midfield star Xavi Simons in a move that appears to have exploded into life over the past 24 hours has been confirmed as the next player through the Spurs’ door.

Lily White agreed to a Bundesliga outfit and a 60 million euro (£52 million) deal late last night, and the deal was completed, but he will not be able to feature in tomorrow’s clash with Bournemouth.

However, as Daniel Levy continues to pursue the Manchester City star move, he was able to join North London by Sabigno.

Their reports say Frank’s side is continuing constant debate with citizens about the possibility of a transfer, even after he didn’t win the 21-year-old landing this summer.

Despite Guardiola’s unwillingness to allow the Brazilians to depart, the players themselves say they still want the move, but given the city’s previous £70 million ask price, it could be an expensive transfer.

Why is Spurs’ latest targets recurring Kudus?

Despite recent efforts in the market, the Spurs have already completed a sensible signature this summer in the form of West Ham United’s Winger Mohammed Kudus.

Ghana’s costs will be charged in the £55 million region earlier this summer, and it has not waste time affecting the early weeks of his time in North London.

The 24-year-old has already registered two assists on many league outings. One was due to the goal of season contender Richard Lison for Opening Weekend.

However, he has plenty of time to build on his impressive start to life under Frank’s guidance.

Similarities between Kudus and Citystars are clear, and both talents can work in a wide area or central area when called by their respective managers.

The duo both prefer to cut the insides on the foot, often preferred when manipulating from the right side.

This window will offer additional quality in the attack area, especially if the Etihad form is replicated in 2024/25, despite the large amount of money being driven out for Kudus.

Labeled “incredible” by the current boss guardiola, the Brazilians ranked in the 96th percentile of progressive carry around 90 (7.1).

Such a tally allowed him to torment countless backlines in the Premier League, helping him rank in the 94th percentile with shot-making actions (5.7).

Savinho ranks in the 95th percentile, successfully taking on around the 90th percentile (2.7), allowing him to pass the opponents, then either defeating his teammates or earning a tee.

Kudus has already introduced him as an excellent addition to this season, but Savinho’s move has allowed him to see him have a partner in crime within the last third.

The outlook for the duo linked under Frank is certainly exciting – but first the hierarchy will have to negotiate a move with the city – it can prove difficult considering their reluctance to advance.
