The Winnipeg Jets returned home Tuesday to conclude a three-game road trip, facing off against one of the toughest teams in the Western Conference, the Vegas Golden Knights. Both teams have struggled this season, with Winnipeg trying to end a nine-game losing streak and Vegas aiming to break a five-game skid.

The game carries significant importance for the Jets, who are currently at the bottom of the NHL standings and searching for a win to regain momentum. Winnipeg’s Connor Hellebuyck will start in goal and will face off against Vegas goalie Carter Hart, who boasts a perfect 5-0 record against the Jets. Early pressure on Hart and containment of Vegas’ top forwards may be crucial for Winnipeg’s much-needed victory.
