Bryson DeChambeau heads into the weekend with rounds of 65 and 68 at LIV Golf Korea, trailing the leader by one.
DeChambeau has two LIV Golf wins this season, but has struggled in the majors, missing out on the Masters and PGA Championship.

So the 32-year-old’s return to form this week will be very welcome.
Bryson DeChambeau is arguably LIV Golf’s biggest star, so his good play will greatly increase interest in this week’s tournament in South Korea.

But he faces an uncertain future with LIV Golf as Saudi Arabia’s PIF plans to withdraw funding from the league after this season.
DeChambeau made some swing adjustments ahead of LIV Golf Korea, but he hasn’t been completely in sync so far this week at Asiad Country Club.

DeChambeau was asked if he was happy with Friday’s score, considering the fact that he didn’t have his best stuff.
“Yes, certainly,“ he admitted.
“My putting saved me today. I felt like I was hitting really well and driving really well yesterday, but today I think I went a little sideways.

“Let’s do some research and find out why. You gotta be better, dude. I’m pretty close to golf so I’m sure I can play like the Greenbrier. It’s just not there yet.
“We need to understand more about what a proper mistake is. Because I feel like I’m making a good pass, but it’s not going in the right direction at all.

“So you need to understand your body a little more, feel it and understand why it’s happening.“
Bryson DeChambeau’s 2nd round results at LIV Golf Korea
In the first two rounds in Korea, DeChambeau’s ball hitting was not good enough.
He hit 15 of the 28 fairways in regulation and 23 of 36 greens.
The American is also averaging just 277 yards off the tee, but to be fair, he’s been hitting a lot of 3-woods off the tee this week.
But his chipping and putting were sensational.
Bryson DeChambeau has gone up and down on 11 of his 13 attempts so far this week.

In total, he has just 51 putts and averages just 1.42 putts per green hit in regulation.
DeChambeau can’t continue to rely on chipping and putting to win this week. In order to win in Korea, he will need to improve his ball striking.
