Arsenal legend Ian Wright has been selected as a player who wants to see his previous club’s signatures to help them in the Premier League title race next year’s season.

That player is Atalanta’s winger Ademora Lookman, a great figure in his time in Serie A, turning his career around early in his career after a difficult spell with a Premier League club.

Nigeria International, previously surrounded by clubs and spells such as Fulham, Everton and Leicester City, is now one of Europe’s best offensive players.

Lookman scored 20 goals in all competitions of the season, following up from the previous year’s 17.

Naturally, Gunners Great Wright feels that Lookman could be a great option for strengthening Mikel Arteta’s offense next season.

Speaking about his podcast, Wright said:

“I remember him from Charlton. Everton wasn’t worth £10 million. Then take a journey from loan to this. I think it’s one of the most devastating performances I’ve seen with the hat-trick he scored.

“Arsenal, I hope we can buy him. Someone like him will return to the Premier League and say, “Listen, there’s an unfinished business here, so I’m going to help Arsenal win the league.”

“But I only admire his journey and now he is correctly recognized as an incredible top player.”
